4 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO IMPOSING A LIEN ON
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 FOR THE COSTS OF THE ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
6 i WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its

7 ` authority under City Ordinance No. 2291 and other
8 laws did lawfully cause a public nuisance to be abated on Project
9 No. 958 on the 12th day of February 1980 on
10 the real property hereinafter described; and
11 WHEREAS, due notice was given to the person or persons
12 having an interest in said property and a hearing was held to
13 ( hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said
14 property on the 17th day of March , 1980
15 .NOW, THEREFORE, BE I`1' RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
16 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS :
17 SECTION 1. The hearing is closed; the costs are found to
18 have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under
19 said Ordinance; and the final statement of costs on file with the
20 City Clerk is hereby confirmed and adopted as a special assessment
21 in the sum of Three Hundred Nine Dollars and Eleven Cents
22 (309.11) against the property known as 2319 North
23 I Pennsylvania, San Bernardino , California,
24 and more particularly described as Lot 9 , Tract 4698 as
25 recorded in Book 58 of Maps , page 30 , Records of San Bernardino
26 County. (Assessors No. 710 268 482 09)

3 �� SECTION 2. If said sum is not fully paid to the City
4 ( Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after the
5 passage of this Resolution, then said sum shall be and become a
6 lien on said property pursuant to said Ordinance and applicable
7 laws and shall be collected as a special assessment thereon.
8 SECTION 3. In the event said sum is not paid as herein-
9 above provided, the City Clerk is hereby directed to file certi-
10 fied copies of this Resolution with the Recorder and the Auditor
11 of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, directing
12 that said sum be entered as lien charges against said property
13 as it appears on the current assessment rolls, to be collected
14 at the same time and in the same manner, subject to the same
15 penalties and interest upon delinquencies, as the general taxes
16 for the City of San Bernardino are collected.
17 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
18 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
