2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A DISPOSITION AND JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMONG
3 I THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO, AND BELGATE I, LTD, BELGATE II, LTD, BELGATE
4 I III, LTD, AND BELGATE IV, LTD. , FOR THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
ON APPROXIMATELY 55 ACRES LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST REDEVELOPMENT
5 SURVEY AREA.
6 'I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
I SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS :

SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is

9 hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City
a Disposition and Joint Development Agreement among the City of
10
t1 San Bernardino, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San
1
12 Bernardino, and Belgate I , Ltd, Belgate II , Ltd, Belgate III , Ltd, '
13 j and Belgate IV, Ltd. , for the residential development on approxi-
14 mately 55 acres located in the Northwest Redevelopment Survey
i
15 Area, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A"
I
16 and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set
17 forth at length.
18 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
19 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
