RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNAPDI�O ACCEPTING THE REVIEW
APPRAISER'S DETERMINATION OF FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED
2 SOUTH OF CENTRAL AVENUE, EAST OF FOISY STREET, SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIP
3 AND CERTIFYING THE NORK OF THE APPRAISERS.

i4 VFEREAS, City of San Bernardino is contemplating the purchase
5 of two parcels of property located South of Central Avenue, East of
5 Foisy Street, in the City of San Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Albert e. Natkins, a widower, is the owner of the j

8 lots and parcels of real property and dwelling situated on a portion,
9 thereof; and
10 WHEREAS, the City desires to now purchase the said lots and
parcels of real property and dwelling situated on a portion thereof; and

WHEREAS, City has reviewed the appraisers ' determination of the
12
fair market value of the land and dwelling situated on a portion thereof
13
and their reports thereon and has specifically reviewed and studied the i
14
review appraiser's determination of the fair market value and his report i
15
thereon; and i

UHEREAS, the City intends to purchase said lots and parcels of real �
17
,property and dwelling situated on a portion thereof with Community
18
Development funds.

MOP, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL

AS FOLLOWS:

1 . That said lots and parcels of real property and dwelling situated i

on a portion thereof owned by Mr. Alhert G. Watkins, a widower, in the
23
City of San Bernardino 915 South Foisy Street are described as follows:

All that real property in the County of San Bernardino,
25 � State of California, described as follows:
26 Parcel No. 1 :
27 All that portion of the West 112 of Lot 9, Block 55, of the
Twenty Acre Survey of the Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat
28 recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, des-
cribed as follows.

t Commencing at a point in the West line of said Lot 9, a distance
of 530 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence
2 South along the West line of said Lot 9, a distance of 106 feet; I
thence Easterly parallel with the North line of said Lot 9, a
3 distance of 411 .2 feet, more or less, to the center line of
! said Lot 9; thence North parallel with the West line of said
4 Lot 9, a distance of 106 feet to a point 530 feet South of the
North line of said Lot 9; thence Westerly parallel with the
5 j North line of said Lot 9, a distance of 411 .2 feet, more or
less, to the point of Beginning.

17 herewith, to have a fair market value of 535,000 as to Parcel number 1
18 and $10,000 as to Parcel number 2 and said amount is hereby established
14 as the fair market value for said property...

of the appraisers and the review appraiser with respect to the lots and
22 parcels of real property and dwelling situated on a portion thereof has
23 been performed in a competent manner in accordance with the applicable
24 State law, the Act, and Department of Housing and Urban Development policies
and requirements.

26 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
