The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is a budgeted vacant position and is essential to E
managing the daily maintenance and repair needs of all City facilities and equipment including
electrical, air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration and ventilation systems.
With extensive facilities maintenance experience and technical expertise including more than 8
years with the City of San Bernardino in the Building Maintenance Division, Timothy Barnhart m
has been selected for promotion to fill the role of Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.

This position is fully budgeted. In the FY 2016-2017 budget, the position has a salary budget of

Daniel Sandoval is currently an Extra Relief Heavy Laborer for the Public Works
Department. Also, Daniel meets all of the requirements of the position as a
Maintenance Worker I, has successfully completed all phases of the hiring
process,and is eligible to fill this vacancy.
- This position is a fully budgeted existing position. In 2016/2017, the position has ¢
a salary budget of$31,763.00.
- The 2016/2017 budget will reflect the divisional budget of all existing and vacant
