Based on current expenditures , the Cemetery fund will have a shortfall of approximately $20 , 000 , for a total of $64 , 000 . The proposed rate increase will generate an additional $45 , 000 in revenue . On February 28 , 1994 , the Cemetery Department conducted a survey of burial fees and services of privately owned and other municipal cemeteries located in our area . The costs to be charged for Endowment Care Grave 7 Spaces by the Cemetery Commission are hereby established as follows: 8 Grave Spaces - Adult $ 800.00 9 Grave Spaces - Adult - Public Guardian $ 550.00 10 Grave Spaces - Children (2-7 years) $ 250.00 11 Grave Spaces - Infants (under 2 years) $ 115.00 12 Grave Spaces - Cremations $ 115.00 13 SECTION 2. Cemetery operating hours are hereby established as follows: 3 4 Monday through Friday, except City established Holidays 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 5 All interment services on Saturday shall be scheduled so that 6 mourners will be out of the cemetery by 11 :30 a.m. 7 8 A $100.00 cash deposit shall be required in advance for all weekday (Monday through Friday) afternoon and Saturday interments. If the interment 9 10 service is over and mourners are out of the cemetery by 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or by 11 :30 a.m. on Saturdays, the deposit will be refunded. An additional 11 charge of $100.00 per hour will be levied for each hour or fraction thereof 12 13 after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or after 11 :30 a.m. on Saturdays that interment 14 services are not concluded, or mourners are not out of the cemetery. The 15 $100.00 deposit shall apply to that charge. 16 SECTION 4. The cost for flower vases is hereby established at $20.00 per flower vase. 10 11 SECTION 7. Handling fees on outside vaults is hereby established at $100.00. 12 13 SECTION 8. Property owner transfer fees is hereby established at $25.00. 14 15 SECTION 9. Resolution No. 92-140 and all subsequent amendments thereto, are hereby repealed. 16 17 SECTION 10.
