Description) Finance: :ouncil Notes: 5-0262 Agenda Item No. L3 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 3 SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CITY RECORDS 4 OF THE PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT. 5 WHEREAS, The Director of Parks, Recreation and Community 6 Services Department has requested authority to destroy certain 7 obsolete records; and 8 WHEREAS, said request is in accordance with the procedures 9 and requirements of government Code 34090; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 11 12 The records, instruments, books or papers listed on the 13 Attachment and incorporated herein are no longer required and may 14 be destroyed. Such items are not involved in pending 15 litigation, are more than seven years old, and are not agreements 16 which are still valid and existing. 17 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly 18 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San 19 Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on the day of IF 1994, by the following vote, 20 to wit: 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 1/28/94 -1- 28 1 RESOLUTION. . .APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS OF THE 2 PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
