Based on current expenditures , the Cemetery fund will have a shortfall of approximately $20 , 000, for a total of $64 , 000. The proposed rate increase will generate an additional $45 ,000 in revenue. On February 28 , 1994 , the Cemetery Department conducted a survey of burial fees and services of privately owned and other municipal cemeteries located in our area .
