through Election Day, June 2. Hours are 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on
` weekdays;and, on Saturday,May 23 and May 30, 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.
Election Day voting is 7:00 a.m.until 8:00 p.m.

It includes an application for absentee voting, and look up polling place
�� locations with maps.
�C Absentee/mail ballot voting information is provided by a recorded message
(909-387-2047). If a voter has further questions, a voter may call (909) 387-

A phone bank for public inquiries (909-387-8300 or 1-800-881-8683Y is set
up beginning May 27. By Election Day, (21) telephone operators, using
computer terminals, are responding to voter inquiries. The Election Day
inquiry screen provides information on polling locations/registration.
The ROV has (6) bilingual employees to assist Spanish-speaking voters,
including five temporaries on the phone bank.
To assist the visually impaired, approximately (45) audiotapes of State
Measures are available at the office of the ROV and Lighthouse for the Blind.
Secretary of State sends additional copies to libraries.

Microfiche that list the locations of the polling place have been distributed to
City clerks, libraries and major party headquarters who have requested or
agreed to provide this service.

Election Night Absentee/mail ballots are picked up at 8:00 p.m. from the main post office.
Ballot/Supply The envelopes are counted and locked up for processing the following day.
Retrieval The number of ballots is added to the number of absentee and provisional
ballots received at the polls and reported on the last bulletin election night as
"outstanding"ballots to be processed.
