Landscape Services - 900, 988 East Cooley Avenue 5055 Hallmark Parkway 1505 West Highland Avenue 701 North"E" Street 532 North"D" Street 1170 West Third Street B. Janitorial Services - 1505 West Highland Avenue C. Security Services - 1505 West Highland Avenue On April 30, 1998, five (5) landscape service proposals, six(6)janitorial service proposals, and five (5) security service proposals were received for the above properties. The landscaping bid had three different low bidders, each with work experience on EDA projects that will provide a annual savings of$6,132 or$18,396 over three (3) year over existing vendors. The janitorial service low proposal from Compass will provide an annual savings of$8,070 and the security proposal by Seibert is approximately$2,500 a year over their existing service but Seibert still is the low bidder. A twenty percent contingency will be placed on each proposal to provide for additional requested services. Request acceptance of proposal of low bidders in Motions A, B, C to provide landscape,janitorial and security services at various EDA properties. Staff recommends adoption of the form motion.
