STAFF REPORT
Subject: Request for Fee Refund
Mayor and Common Council Meeting of October 21, 1996
Applicant: Kimberly Martinez
Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship

REQUEST
Kimberly Martinez submitted an application and fee for Praise Chapel, a non-profit organization,
for a Temporary Use Permit for a church carnival. The use application was approved, and the
applicant obtained the necessary permits from the Fire Department. The carnival was held in
the church parking lot on October 5, 1996.
Pursuant to Section 3.13.02 of the Municipal Code, Praise Chapel is requesting a refund of
$298, the TUP application fee.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Mayor and Common Council authorize a refund of$298.
