Description) Revenue Fu d Finance: 7 � Council Notes: 75-0262 Agenda Item No.q CITY' OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT On July 1, 1996, the Mayor and Common Council approved, as a budget balancing measure, an increase in the transfer of an in lieu fee from the Sewer Fund to the General Fund. The current in lieu fee is $304 , 000. The increase approved by the Council was $200, 000. The attached resolution authorizes transfer of $504, 000 per fiscal year from the Sewer Fund to the General Fund. It is recommended that the Mayor and Common Council approve the attached resolution. 75-0264
