RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A
4 QUITCLAIM DEED TO 5959 PALM AVENUE INVESTORS LLC FOR THAT
CERTAIN EASEMENT GRANTED TO THE CITY FOR WATER PIPELINES ACROSS
5 APN 0266-041-82 AND APN 0266-041-83.
6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
7 OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and

directed to execute on behalf of the City of San Bernardino, a Quitclaim Deed to 5959 Palm
to
Avenue Investors LLC for that certain water pipelines easement across Assessor's Parcel
11
12 Number 0266-041-82 and Assessor's Parcel Number 0266-041-83, in the City of San
13 Bernardino, more specifically described in said quitclaim deed, a copy of which is attached
14 hereto as Attachment"A" and made part hereof.

QUITCLAIM DEED
For Valuable Consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, San Bernardino
Municipal Water Department, successor to Muscoy Water Company ("Grantor"), hereby
remises, releases and forever quitclaims to 5959 Palm Avenue Investors LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company, all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all easements and
rights of way and water rights reserved in that certain deed from the Muscoy Water Company to
Inland Properties, Inc., a California corporation, recorded July 21, 1948, in Book 2265, Page
120, Official Records of San Bernardino County, as affects the property described on the
attached Exhibit A attached heret and made a part hereof(the "Real Property").
