TO: Honorable Councilman David Oberhelman
FROM: Rachel Clark, City Clerk
SUBJECT: Council Action - April 18 , 1994
COPIES :
-------------------------------------------------------------------
In response to your request, I have researched minutes of the April
18 , 1994 meeting of the Mayor and Common Council .
I was on vacation that week; however, the Council summary reflects
that following the closed session, the following announcement was
made :
"That pending the outcome of the litigation in the cases of the
County of San Bernardino, Courtesy Ambulance, and the City of
Colton, no further action be taken by City staff to implement the
plan of the San Bernardino Fire Department to provide ambulance
service . "
I trust the foregoing information is helpful to you.
