The Commission's offer was transmitted to the Civic Light Opera on January 26, 1994, with the request that the Civic Light Opera General Manager provide a written Civic Light Opera Board approved response to said offer. On February 2, 1994, staff received the attached written response which rejects the Commission's offer of January 24, 1994. Based upon the Civic Light Opera Board of Directors action, staff recommends the adoption on form motion "A" and the consideration of form motions "B" through "E".
