Travis Martin was appointed as an Assistant/Associate Planner (Flex)with the City of San
Bernardino on December 17th, 2013. He meets the flex criteria to be promoted to the
Associate Planner position.

development applications through the entitlement process (staff level, D/ERC, Planning
Commission and Mayor and Common Council), assists other agencies as needed,
performs site inspections, and respond to CRMs. Travis is also serving as the project

Police Dispatcher I (flex) currently has eleven vacancies. Mr. Tennyson has successfully
completed all phases of the testing and background process and is eligible to for an appointment
to a Police Dispatcher I (flex) position. In order for this appointment to occur, Mr. Tennyson
will first resign his part time position as a Police Cadet.

Mr. Cisneros is currently on the open eligibility list for Landscape Inspector I. Mr. y
Cisneros will be assisting the Landscape Inspector II's in the oversight of the Parks Q
Maintenance Contractors and inspect city owned athletic facilities in respect to
maintenance and use compliance. Mr. Cisneros will also be assisting the deparment on
special events and special projects. Mr. Cisneros is a current City of San Bernrardino
employee and Step 4 - $3,605 monthly is requested as the step closest to his current rate
