Synopsis of Previous Council action:
07-16-90 - Resolution No. 90-289 adopted establishing procedures
for public right-of-way improvements .
09-16-91 - Authorization granted to initiate proceedings for
installation of in-fill street improvements , and
transfer of $62 , 608 approved to finance City' s 1/2 share
of the cost.
11-02-92 - Public hearing closed and work ordered to be done.
Recommended motion:
That the plans for installation of in-fill street improvements on
various streets , in accordance with Plan No. 8898 , be approved; and
the Director of Public Works/City Engineer be authorized to
advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the installation of in-fill street improvements,
adjacent to the following listed parcels, have been completed by
the Engineering Division and the project is ready to be advertise
for bids . }

curbs and gutters, sidewalk and paving.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:

TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 18,000
An amount of $62 , 608 has been allocated, under Account No.
251-684-53925_ , to finance the City' s 1/2 share of the cost. These
funds will be used to finance 1/2 of the cost for the three
properties whose owners volunteered to pay the other 1/2 . All
costs for the fourth parcel will be assessed to the property owner,
since the owner did not agree to pay 1/2 of the cost.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
