Recruitment for the positon was completed per Civil Service rules. Mr. Ellison was
selected because he was highly rated by the interview panel during the Department a
interview. Mr. Ellison has 30 years of experience in the wastewater field. Mr. Ellison
has duel certifications as a state licensed wastewater treatment plant operator and as a
California Water Environmental Association (CWEA) licensed collection system
maintenance operator. In addition he is a state licensed "A" General Engineering
contractor.
