Highland Ave. , Suite G and the lease agreement with Sterling Plaza Partners
was approved by the Mayor and Council , Resolution 91-444.
The lease agreement expired on October 31, 1993 and due to an oversight, was
not renewed. The Police Department occupied the location during this time.
