CITY OF SAN BERM " RDINO - REQUEST r"1R COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
A petition was received by this office requesting the formation of an assessment
district for the maintenance of landscaping along Kendall Drive and Pine Avenue within
Tract No. 15642 and along Pine Avenue, North of Tract No. 15642 and South of Irvington
Avenue and within certain open areas within this subdivision.
This petition is the result of the Condition of Approval for Tract No. 15642, to
establish a district. The petition was also signed by the owners of two large parcels
of vacant land north of the Tract. The signatures on the petition have been checked and
found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within
the boundaries of the proposed district.
The developer will be required to deposit sufficient funds to finance the estimated
costs for establishing the district.
Items to be financed by the district are maintenance contract costs, inspection, water,
electrical energy and assessment engineering.
A map of the proposed district is attached for reference.
We recommend that authority to proceed be granted.
