Synopsis of Previous Council action:
2/19/96 -- Council adopted City Administrator' s guidelines relative
to deferment of certain development fees and directed
City Attorney' s Office to prepare appropriate resolutions
and ordinances.
Recommended motion:
Adopt resolution.
That further reading of the ordinance be waived and it be laid
over for final adoption.

At the Council Meeting of February 19, 1996, the Council adopted
the guidelines which were developed by the City Administrator's
Office for the deferment of certain development impact fees. At
that time, they also directed the City Attorney to amend the
applicable ordinances and resolutions to implement this action.
The fees recommended for deferment were:
1. Sewer Line Construction Fee
2 . Storm Drain Construction Fee
3 . Traffic Systems Fee
4 . Verdemont Infrastructure Fee
5. Park Development Fee
The attached ordinance and resolution have been prepared by the
City Attorney's Office and reviewed by the Director of Public Works
and the Director of Planning/Building Services and are recommended
for adoption.
