That the plans for overlaying pavenent within yhe Tri-City
Complex, in accordance with Plan No. 9359 , be approved; and the
Director of Public Works/Cityy Engineer be authorized to advertise
for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for placement of an overlay of pavement within the
Tri-City Complex have been prepared and the project is ready to
be advertised for bids. The project consists, in general, of
repairing street cuts and placing the final 1-inch minimum
overlay.
Below is an estimate of the total estimated project cost,

Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #7012) 5 , 000
Sub- Total $ 128 , 897
Contingencies (100) ± _ 6 , 103
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 135 , 000
All costs incurred for this project will be charged to
the $135 ,000 allocated under Account No. 131 372--5504-7012 , in
the 1995/96 SB 300 Fund Budget.
We recornend that the plans be approvee and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
