STAFF REPORT
A two-hour parking restriction was imposed on "F" Street,
in the Central Business District, several years ago, by adoption
of Resolution No. 8234 .
The City received a request from a property owner to
remove the 2-hour parking limitation on the east side of "F"
Street between 4th Street and 5th Street. The property is lo-
cated on the northeast corner of 4th Street and "F" Street. To
evaluate the request, an investigation was conducted by the
Traffic Engineering Staff.
The investigation found that the only business that is
directly affected by this action is owned by the requestor. Con-
sequently, no adverse effect is expected as a result of approving
the request.
Since the requestor ' s business is the only property that
will be affected by the requested action, we recommend that the
two-hour parking limitation, on the east side of "F" Street
between 4th Street and 5th Street, be removed.
