Justification/Reason for Request
• The Administrative Analyst I (FLEX) position is vacant and is needed to support
the Administrative and Budgetary functions within the Parks, Recreation and
Community Services Department, Diane Cotto meets and exceeds all of the a
requirements of the position. Diane was selected from the Eligibility List and with
several years of experience working with multiple cities, both as an employee
and as a consultant, she is a qualified candidate. Additionally, Diane holds a
Master's Degree in Public Administration.
• Step 5 is being requested as the candidate exceeds the minimum requirements
and has relevant experience of more than 17 years at a management level,
which includes budgetary analysis.
