Motion: Discussion and update.
Synopsis of Previous Council Action:
On October 5, 2015, the City Manager was directed to implement the following items
within 30 days:
1) Approved budgets for FY 2015/2016, 2014/2015, 2013/2014 and 2012/2013;
2) Audited expenditures and revenues for FY 2011/2012 and 2010/2011;
3) Payments issued to vendors for current fiscal year and for fiscal years
2014/2015, 2013/2014, 2012/2013 and 2011/2012;
4) Audited expenditures and revenues for FY 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 once
completed;
5) Unaudited expenditures and revenues for FY 2012/2013, 2013/2014, and
2015/2016 with a disclaimer notifying residents that the numbers are unaudited
and subject to change;
6) Update OpenGov Platform on a quarterly basis for current fiscal year.
The October 5, 2015 summary reflects the direction given to the City Manager and is
attached for your information.
