STAFF REPORT
The YWCA of Greater San Bernardino is planning a Teen Faire in
Seccombe Lake Pavilion on October 14 , 1994 . They are requesting a
waiver of Park and Recreation fees in the amount of $57. 00 for use
of the Pavilion.

Dear Mayor and Council :
The YWCA of Grater San Bernardino is planning a Teen Faire
in the Seccombe Park Pavilion on October 14 , 1994 . The
faire will include a fashion show , haircut demonstration ,
cosmetic demonstration , and possibly a fun run/walk . The
purpose of the ;?vent is to draw the young population into
our programs possibly giving them alternatives to regular
street life .
We will not be I.harging for the event and hope to have all
services rendered on a volunteer or donation basis .
We are requesting a waiver for the $57 .00 fee required by
the Parks and Recreation Department for the use of the
Pavilion .
Thank you for considering our request and getting back to me
at your earliest convenience .
