ROLL AD982 1 WHEREAS, an Assessment Roll has been prepared totaling $13,254.72 which 2 sets forth the individual assessments to be levied on each of the parcels of 3 land within Assessment District No. 982 for the fiscal year 1993-94; 4 5 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 6 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and deter- 9 mine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of Idtid 10 within Assessment District No. 982 are correctly set forth on Assessment 11 Roll No. 982 for the fiscal year 1993-94, designated as Exhibit "A" and 12 attached hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments. 13 14 SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this 15 Resolution to be transmitted to the Office of the Auditor-Controller for the 16 County of San Bernardino with the request that the individual assessments be 17 placed on the subject 1993-94 property tax bills for collection together 18 with all other property taxes. 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ` 06/01/93 2 AN" RESOLUTION APPRV. 1993 ASSES.
