Synopsis of Previous Council action:
July 6, 1993 - The Mayor was authorized to select a firm to prepare a management audit
of the City Attorney's Office.
Recommended motion:
MOTION NO. 1
That funds in an amount not to exceed $67,000 be allocated through
the budget balancing process to finance the cost of a management
audit of the City Attorney's Office to be performed by Harvey M.
Rose Accountancy Corporation.
MOTION NO. 2
That the Mayor be authorized to execute an agreement with Harvey M.
Rose Accountancy Corporation to perform a management audit of the
City Attorney's Office.
