NINO- CITY OF SAN BERK RDINO - REQUEST nR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Southern California Edison Company has requested an electrical facility easement to provide electrical service to the Water Department' s Water Reclamation Plant Administration Office and Laboratory at 399 Blood Bank Road.
