STAFF REPORT
Improvements in Lytle Creek and Wildwood Parks were con-
structed many years ago , before handicapped standards were
adopted . As a result , these facilities are not accessible to
the handicapped .
Removal of the architectural barriers will bring the
facilities , included in Phase II , up to current handicap
standards and make them fully accessible .
We recommend that a finding be made that the removal of
architectural barriers is needed for health and safety reasons .
