Re: Placement of Application for Waiver of Fees on Council
Agenda
Dear Mr. Kramer:
As president of Jr. All-American Football (San Bernardino
Chapter) I hereby request that you place our application for
waiver of fees charged by the City in connection with a
softball tournament that we are holding on March 18, 19 and 20,
1988 on the Council Agenda for Council Meeting on March 7,
1988.
Jr. All-American Football, San Bernardino Chapter, is a non-
profit organization and consists of nine teams within the City
of San Bernardino. The payment of the fees necessary to
sponsor the softball tournament will put an undue hardship on
our organization because from the end of football season until
approximately May of the following year, we have no income.
We will have a representative available at the March 7th
Council meeting in the event the Mayor or Council have any
questions.
Thank you.
'JOE LUNA
President
