STAFF REPORT
Subject: Joint Mayor and Council and Planning
Commission Bus Tour of the City
Mayor and Council Meeting of February 15 , 1988
At their meeting of February 2 , 1988, the General Plan Task
Force requested that Planning staff arrange a joint Mayor and
Council and Planning Commission bus tour of the City. The
purpose of the bus tour will be to view different areas of
the City in preparation for the public hearings on the
proposed land use alternatives.
Staff will contact the Planning Commissioners when a date has
been established by the Mayor and Council. Various depart-
ments will also be invited to attend.
It is anticipated that the bus tour will start at 8: 00 a.m.
and end by approximately 12: 00 p.m. The tour will originate
and end at City Hall.
