Home My WebLink About8617 RESOLUTION NO. i A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT BY THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino enter into and grant to the State of California Division of Water Resources, a perpetual easement for roadway purposes in, over, upon and across the "Devil Canyon property" purchased by the Water Department in the name of the City of San Bernardino, described as lying within Section 5 and Section 6, Town- ship 1 north, Range 4 West, and Section 31 and Section 32, Township 2 north, Range 4 West, and more particularly described in said Grant of Easement. SECTION TWO: That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized to execute said Grant of Easement on behalf of said City of San Bernardino.
