Monday, January 23, 2006 CDC/2006-2 Resolution approving and authorizing the Interim Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency to execute the 2006 HOME Program Development Agreement ("2006 HOME Agreement") between the Agency and Habitat for Humanity, San Bernardino Area, Inc., a California non-profit corporation. CDC/2006-3 Resolution approving and authorizing the Interim Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City to execute a Professional Services Agreement between the Agency and Shober Consulting, Inc. for the preparation of a Relocation Plan and Relocation Service (Meadowbrook Neighborhood Restoration Area). Monday, March 20, 2006 CDC/2006-8 Resolution authorizing on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City the borrowing of funds from the San Bernardino Joint Powers Financing Authority in a total aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $36,000,000, authorizing the form of certain legal documents related thereto and authorizing and directing their preparation, execution and delivery. CDC/2006-9 Resolution approving and authorizing the Interim Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City to execute the Redevelopment Project Study and Redevelopment Assistance Agreement with Anita's Restaurant and Bakery, Inc. Tuesday, June 20, 2006 CDC/2006-21 Resolution of the Community Development Commission approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ("Agency") to: (1) execute the Vehicle Parking License Agreement by and between the County of San Bernardino ("County") and the Agency for the use of a portion of 247 West 3' Street, San Bernardino and (2) appropriate $180,000 to fund the Agency portion of the landscaping improvements from the Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF) as noted in this Staff Report (Central City East Redevelopment Project Area). Thursday, June 29, 2006 CDC/2006-22 Resolution of the Community Development Commission approving the Economic Development Agency's Budget for Fiscal Year 2006-07 with such amendments, changes and modifications as are specifically authorized by said Commission except for those portions of certain budget lines which are related to the Uptown Redevelopment Project Area. CDC/2006-37 Resolution declaring its intent to transfer certain land owned by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino located at 247 West 3'd Street, Downtown San Bernardino, within the Central City East Redevelopment Project Area, to the State of California to facilitate the Development and construction by the State of California of a new Justice Center and Courthouse Facility. Monday, September 18, 2006 CDC/2006-40 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ("Agency") to execute Amendment No. 2 to the December 6, 1999, as subsequently amended, Grant Agreement by and between the Agency and Casa Ramona, Inc., a California non-profit corporation. CDC/2006-41 Resolution certifying that the Environmental Impact Report ("EIR") prepared for the Hillwood Warehouse/Distribution Facility (Tentative Parcel Map No. 17375 - "Project") is recognized as adequate and complete; recognizing the overriding considerations to certain adverse impacts and, recognizing the significant environmental effects which cannot be avoided, but can be reasonably mitigated, if the proposed project is implemented.
