CDC/2007-2 Resolution approving (1) that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between the City of San Bernardino ("City") and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ("Agency") related to the property located at the northerly terminus of Little League Drive and north of Nancy Lane (1.345 acres APN: 0348-121-18) ("Property"); (2) that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between the Agency and GFR Enterprises, Inc. (Rancho Line, LLC) related to the Property; and (3) authorizing the Agency Executive Director to execute said Purchase and Sale Agreements. CDC/2007-3 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ("Agency") to execute Amendment No. 2 to the 2005 Meadowbrook Single -Family Residential Development Agreement ("Amendment No. 2") by and between the Agency and Meadowbrook Park Homes, Inc., and making certain findings and determinations related to said Amendment No. 2 Tuesday, February 20, 2007 CDC/2007-4 Resolution (1) approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City to execute a 2007 Property Owner Participation Agreement by and between the Agency and Inland Behavioral and Health Services, Inc., for the development of the property at 655 North "D" Street ("Property") and (2) making certain findings and determinations thereto related to the development of the project Tuesday, February 20, 2007 (cont.) CDC/2007-5 Resolution approving and authorizing to execute a 2007 Property Owner Participation Agreement by and between the Agency and Alton C. Green and Kenneth L. Owens ("Property Owners") for the development of 3 single-family homes on the property located at 100, 114 and 122 North Allen Street ("Property") (Meadowbrook Park Revitalization Area — IVDA Redevelopment Project Area). Monday, March 5, 2007 CDC/2007-6 Resolution approving and authorizing a loan from the Low- and Moderate -Income Housing Fund in the amount of $7.5 million for property acquisition and demolition costs related to the redevelopment of the North Arden Guthrie Area (IVDA Redevelopment Project Area). CDC/2007-7 Resolution approving and authorizing to execute Amendment No. 1 to the 2006 Legal Counsel Services Agreement with Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith, L.L.P. Monday, April 2, 2007 CDC/2007-8 Resolution approving and authorizing to execute an Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement by and between the Agency and Meadowbrook Park Homes, Inc. ("Developer"), to explore the redevelopment of the Rudy Hernandez Center (Central City East Redevelopment Project Area). Monday, April 16, 2007 CDC/2007-9 Resolution to execute Amendment No. 3 to the 2004 Professional Services Agreement with Terra Nova Planning and Research, Inc. Monday, April 30, 2007 CDC/2007-10 A Resolution approving and authorizing a Professional Services Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ("Agency") and the Urban Land Institute ("ULI"), a non profit research and education organization, to develop a land use plan and urban design for the greater downtown area of the City, in an amount of not to exceed $115,000. Monday, May 7, 2007 CDC/2007-11 Resolution making certain findings and determinations and granting of official consent pursuant to State of California Business & Professions Code Section 5273 regarding a certain off-site advertising sign adjacent to I-215 Freeway to Arrowhead Central Credit Union, a State chartered credit union (Central City Redevelopment Project Area). CDC/2007-12 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino (the "Agency") to execute the Exclusive Right to Negotiate and Redevelopment Project Study Agreement by and between the Agency and LNR San Bernardino, LLC (the "Developer") related to the Carousel Mall (Central City Redevelopment Project Area). ("NHSIE"). Monday, June 18, 2007 (continued) CDC/2007-17 Resolution to execute the Assignment Agreement assigning a portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 16307 to Toll Bros., Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, related to the J.R. CDC/2007-19 Resolution approving the Economic Development Agency's Budget with the exception of those portions of certain budget lines which are related to the Uptown Redevelopment Project Area for fiscal year 2007-08 with such amendments, changes and modifications as are specifically authorized by said Commission, with the exception of $9.6 million. NOVEMBER 19, 2007 CDC/2007-31 Resolution of the Community Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ("Agency") to execute a demolition contract by and between the Agency and Dakeno, Inc., for the demolition of City/Agency properties located at 547, 555, 561 and 567 North Sierra Way, San Bernardino (Central City East Redevelopment Project Area).
