CDC/2009-1 Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement to jointly
Resolution of the Community Development Commission of the
City of San Bernardino approving and authorizing the Interim

San Bernardino ("Agency") to execute a Professional Services
Agreement by and between the Agency and Bryan A. Stirrat &

at the California Theatre (Central City North Redevelopment
Project Area).
CDC/2009-28 Resolution to execute (1) the Termination Agreement of the
HOME Grant Agreement dated December 19, 2005, by and
between Mary's Mercy Center, Inc., and the Agency; and (2) the
2009 Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds Grant
Development Agreement by and between Mary's Mercy Center,
Inc., and the Agency for Veronica's Home of Mercy II transitional

CDC/2009-29 Resolution authorizing to continue expenditures, except for those
portions of certain budget lines which are related to the Uptown
Redevelopment Project Area, at the budgeted level for the 2008-
2009 fiscal year, with allowance for those budgeted items having
prior Commission approval, pending final approval of the 2009-
2010 budget.
CDC/2009-30 Resolution authorizing to continue expenditures for those portions

CDC/2009-32 Resolution approving and authorizing to execute Amendment No. I
to the 2008 HOME Funds Loan and Grant Development
Agreement by and between the Agency and TELA CU Housing —
San Bernardino IV, Inc., a California non-profit public benefit
corporation ("Developer") (IVDA Redevelopment Project Area).
CDC/2009-33 Resolution approving and authorizing to execute certain
Amendments to the Single -Family Beautification Loan/Grant and
Mobile Home Grant Program and the 2007 HOME Agreement by
and between the Agency and Neighborhood Housing Services of
the Inland Empire, Inc. ("NHSIE").
CDC/2009-34 Resolution approving and accepting the delegation of the
administration for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
("ARRA') of 2009 Strengthening Communities Fund Grant and
authorizing and directing the Interim Executive Director of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino to submit
the requested application.

CDC/2009-35 Resolution accepting the delegation of administration and
management for the use of the City of San Bernardino
Neighborhood Stabilization Program ("NSP") Funds in
accordance with the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.
CDC/2009-36 Resolution approving and authorizing the use of Low and
Moderate Income Housing funds and Neighborhood Stabilization
Program ("NSP") funds through a certain Master Agreement by
and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San
Bernardino ("Agency") and Mary Erickson Community Housing,
Inc. ("MECH"), pursuant to the Neighborhood Stabilization
Program.
CDC/2009-37 Resolution approving and authorizing to enter into a Master
Agreement with each of the selected Intermediaries identified
through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program ("NSP')
Intermediary Services RFP procurement process for the purpose of

foreclosed and/or abandoned single-family residences within the

CDC/2009-38 Resolution accepting the Delegation of Administration and
Management for the use of the City of San Bernardino
Neighborhood Stabilization Program ("NSP') funds to be utilized
for acquisition, demolition, rehabilitation and resale activities in
accordance with the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.

CDC/2009-42 Resolution approving and authorizing to execute a Contract for
Professional Services by and between the Agency and RBF

amount not to exceed $44,480 from the Redevelopment Agency of

Funds for transfer to the City of San Bernardino General Fund for
costs associated with the procurement of an Independent
Appraiser, Spanish Translator and Hearing Officer as it relates
to the proposed rent increases for Orangewood, Hillside, Glen
Aire and Pacific Palms Mobile Home Parks.

budget for the Fiscal Year 2009-2010 with any such amendments,
changes and modifications that may be specifically authorized by
said Commission, except for those portions of certain budget lines
which are related to the Uptown Redevelopment Project Area.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program Sub -Recipient Agreement by

CDC/2009-69 Resolution approving and authorizing to execute Amendment No.
