CDC/2003-2 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency to execute the Home Loan Agreement by and between the Agency and Neighborhood Housing Services of the Inland Empire, Inc. (NHS) for the acquisition of the property located at 688-698 W. 6th Street (Central City North Redevelopment Project Area/Old Towne San Bernardino). Monday, February 3, 2003 CDC/2003-4 Resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Redevelopment Planning and Participation Agreement for the Santa Fe Redevelopment Implementation Area (Arthur Pearlman Corporation). CDC/2003-5 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency to execute the Meadowbrook Single Family Residential Grant Development Agreement by and between the Agency and ANR Industries, Inc. CDC/2003-6 Resolution requesting that the Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) enact a program authorizing a one hundred percent (100%) inclusionary/replacement housing credit to the Redevelopment Agency for any agency -assisted housing projects undertaken by the Agency within the IVDA project area boundaries. Monday, April 21, 2003 CDC/2003-10 Resolution authorizing and approving the Agency Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 1 to the January 15, 1993 Verdemont Loan Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino and the City of San Bernardino (See Companion Resolution 2003-95). CDC/2003-11 Resolution approving an Education Revenue Augmentation Fund Loan from community low and moderate income housing funds and promissory notes from redevelopment project areas, and authorizing execution thereof. CDC/2003-12 Resolution 1) approving the sale of Tuscany Apartments to MG Tuscany Apartments, L.P.; 2) approving execution of certain amendments to the indenture and loan agreement relating to $7,000,000 Redevelopment Agency 1996 Multi - Family Housing Revenue Bonds; 3) approving execution of an assumption agreement related to the sale of the project; 4) appointing bond counsel in connection with the sale of the project; and 5) authorizing distribution of a supplement to the placement memorandum relating to the bonds.
