CDC/2004-2 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Redevelopment Project Study Agreement for property acquisition and redevelopment assistance with Catellus Operating Limited Partnership (Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment Project Area). CDC/2004-3 Resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Clarification and Amendment to the 2003 Disposition and Development Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency and J.R. Watson & Associates Development Co., dated June 2, 2003. Monday, February 2, 2004 CDC/2004-4 Resolution approving that certain Disposition and Development Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency and the Essex Orangeshow Commerce Center, LLC (See Companion Resolution 2004-407. CDC/2004-5 Resolution approving the disposition of certain real property located at 145 North Sierra Way by the Redevelopment Agency pursuant to the terms of that certain Meadowbrook Single Family Residential Grant Development Agreement, dated February 3, 2003, by and between the Agency and ANR Industries, Inc. (Meadowbrook Housing Project) (See Companion Resolution 2004-47). CDC/2004-6 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the HOME Grant Agreement by and between the Agency and St. Bernardine Plaza Corporation — proposed senior housing rehabilitation. Monday, April 5, 2004 CDC/2004-8 Resolution authorizing and approving the Executive Director to execute a one-year agreement by and between Neighborhood Housing Services of the Inland Empire, Inc. (NHS) and the Redevelopment Agency for administration of the Agency's Single Family Home Improvement Loan and Beautification Grant Programs. CDC/2004-10 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director of the Agency to execute the professional services agreement by and between Terra Nova Planning & Research, Inc., and the Agency. Monday, May 17, 2004 CDC/2004-11 Resolution declaring the public interest and necessity of acquisition of real property by the Redevelopment Agency for community redevelopment purposes over the property known as 2072 and 2095 N. Newcomb Street (APN 1191-021-18 and 1191-021-22) in the Inland Valley Redevelopment Project Area. CDC/2004-12 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the 2004 Redevelopment Cooperation Agreement by and between the Agency and the San Bernardino City Housing Authority related to the Meadowbrook Neighborhood Single Family Housing Development (Inland Valley Redevelopment Project Area) (See Companion Resolution SBHA/2004-3). Monday, June 7, 2004 CDC/2004-13 Resolution approving an amended Education Revenue Augmentation Fund Loan from Community Low and Moderate Income Housing funds and Amended JIMA Promissory Notes from Redevelopment Project Areas, and authorizing execution thereof. 2 Monday, June 7, 2004 Continued CDC/2004-14 Resolution approving and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Redevelopment Project Study Agreement for property acquisition and redevelopment assistance with ICO Investment Group, Inc., related to the southwest corner of 4th & Waterman (APN 0135-191-11 & 15) (Central City East Redevelopment Project Area). CDC/2004-15 Resolution accepting a $837,596 Lead Hazard Control (LHC) grant from the County of San Bernardino Department of Public Health and authorizing the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to execute the contract by and between the County and Agency. CDC/2004-16 Resolution setting the joint public hearing date of July 19, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. with the Mayor and Common Council to consider the amendment reinstating certain eminent domain powers to the Uptown Redevelopment Project Area and Certification of the Environmental Impact Report (See Companion Resolution 2004-152). CDC/2004-17 Resolution setting the joint public hearing date of July 19, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. with the Mayor and Common Council to consider the amended and restated Redevelopment Plan to include reinstating certain eminent domain powers to the Central City North Redevelopment Project Area and Certification of the Environmental Impact Report (See Companion Resolution 2004-153). Wednesday, June 30, 2004 CDC/2004-18 Resolution authorizing the Economic Development Agency to continue expenditures for those portions of certain budget lines which are related to the Uptown Redevelopment Project Area at the budgeted level for the 2003-2004 Fiscal Year, with allowance for those budget items having prior commission approval, pending final approval of the 2004-2005 Budget (See Companion Resolution CDC/2004-19). CDC/2004-19 Resolution authorizing the Economic Development Agency to continue expenditures, except for those portions of certain budget lines which are related to the Uptown Redevelopment Project Area, at the budgeted level for the 2003- 2004 Fiscal Year, with allowance for those budget items having prior commission approval, pending final approval of the 2004-2005 Budget (See Companion Resolution CDC/2004-18). Monday, August 16, 2004 CDC/2004-25 Resolution adopting a Statement of Overriding Considerations, and making findings that a final program Environmental Impact Report, and the Mitigation Monitoring Plan for the reinstatement of eminent domain powers in the redevelopment project areas of the Uptown Redevelopment Project and the Central City North Redevelopment Project fully and adequately address the potential environmental effects of the approval by the Commission of such redevelopment plan amendments (See Companion Resolutions CDC/2004-26, 2004-265).
