In particular, the need for experienced supervisory staff is critical for a successful operation. There are four E authorized/funded positions for an IWM Operations Supervisor. Currently this position has one vacancy. Oscar Gonzalez meets all of the requirements of the a position, has successfully completed all phases of the hiring process, and is eligible to fill this vacancy. - Step 11 is being requested due to Mr. Gonzalez' experience and qualifications. Oscar Gonzalez has four years of experience as an IWM Operations Supervisor with the City of San Bernardino.
