3 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
4 FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN INDUSTRIAL DIESEL ENGINE DRIVEN PORTABLE
5 GENERATOR.
6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
7 SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. The Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services is hereby authorized
9 and directed to issue a Request for Proposals for the purchase of an Industrial Diesel Engine
10
Driven Portable Generator.
11
12 SECTION 2. The authorization granted hereunder shall expire, be void, and of no further effect
13 if the Request for Proposals for the purchase of an Industrial Diesel Engine Driven Portable
14 Generator is not issued within sixty(60) days following the effective date of this Resolution.

4 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and
5 Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a joint regular meeting thereof, held on the

18th day of May, 2015, by the following vote, to wit:
