Subject: Cajon High School Homecoming Parade
Date: September 24, 1993
Copies:
On November 5, 1993 , Cajon High School will hold its Homecoming
Parade. The parade will start at 4 : 30 pm and continue until
approximately 7 : 00 pm. The assembly area for this event is at
the Palm St. extension off of Electric Ave. parrallel to Arrohead
School . A map of the suggested route is attached.
The Traffic Office is processing the event application and will
be forwarding the package to Risk Management when it is complete.
The personnel costs are $264 . 32 for 4 motor officers at 2 hrs. ea.

Common Council:
The Student Council from Cajon High School is requesting permission to hold
our Annual Homecoming Parade in conjunction with our football game on Friday,
November 5, 1993. We also request a waiver of all fees. The parade route will start on
Electric Street (the palm Street extension) just south of 40th Street. It will proceed
north to Northpark, west to Mountain and south to Hill Drive to the football stadium.
The elements in this parade will include:
1) Convertibles and carriages which will be holding the nominated members of the
homecoming court.
2) Six to ten floats.
3) Cajon's pep squad.
4) Our marching band accompanied by Shandin Hills Middle School and Richardson
Prep High.
5) Grand Marshall.
