RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
3 BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING A PRIVATE PROPERTY TOW FEE PURSUANT TO
4 SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 10.16.290.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

7 SECTION 1. Pursuant to San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 10.16.290, the fee
8 of$30.00 is hereby established for private property tows and the Police Department is hereby
9
authorized to collect said fee from any towing company that conducts a private property tow
10
within the City of San Bernardino.

12 SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon the effective date of San
13 Bernardino Municipal Code Section 10.16.290.
