SYNOPSIS OF PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: On July 10, 2014,the Personnel Committee approved the proposed item and recommended that the item be forwarded to the Mayor and Common Council for adoption. BACKGROUND/ANALYSIS: As part of the Fiscal Year 2014-15 reorganization plan for the Code Enforcement Division the department anticipate filling the Code Enforcement Division Manager(U)position. The current job description for this position requires a Bachelor's degree in addition to seven(7) years of experience.
