CAL-EPA One-Stop Permit Center
The California Environmental Protection Agency is considering the creation of a One-Stop Permit
Center in the Inland Empire. This is to request that the Mayor and Common Council adopt a
resolution supporting the location of a CAL-EPA One-Stop Permit Center within the City of
San Bernardino.
The proposed CAL-EPA One-Stop Permit Center would be located in the Economic Development
Agency office building, along with the other economic development offices in the 201 building.
The proposal would include approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of office space with reception area,
appropriate tenant improvements, adequate parking, back-up telephone and clerical support,
utilization of common office equipment, inclusion in the City's marketing and promotion
programs and availability within 30 days.
It is recommended that the Mayor and Common Council adopt the attached resolution supporting
this proposal in an effort to provide permit processing in a convenient and efficient manner
within the Inland Empire.
