PUBLIC HEARING -- MID-MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES NEGOTIATIONS
ITEM NO. 25 -- SEPTEMBER 20, 1993
MOTION:
That the hearing be closed, that the City' s Last, Best and Final
offer to the Mid-Management employees be imposed with the
exception of the PERS take-away and that the City's bargaining
team be instructed to meet and confer with the mid-management
employees for the implementation of alternate work schedules
including 9/80 and 4/10 plans.
