REQUEST_FOR UALIFICATIONS/INVITATION TO BID As approved by the Commission on July 6, 1993, a Request For Quo i bons (18)itation firms to Bid (RFQ) was advertised for general contracting services. A tot eighteen provided information for Phase I, the Contractors Pre-Qualification Phase. Two firms were determined to be nonresponsive, one for submitting after a period had expired information. for submissions, and the second for failing to provide th q A prequalification review committee composed of the following people read each proposal and met twice to review each firm's qualifications: Councilman David Oberhelman Bob Curci, Central City Management Company Dan Robbins, Police Department Roger Hardgrave, Department of Public Works Kenneth Henderson, Development Department John Hoeger, Development Department Howard Leach, Leach Mounce Architects Roderick MacDonald, MacDonald Properties and was further reinforced The committee's review of the supplied material was extensive Rodde of the National Development with evaluations of the financial information by Scott Council, of the banking references by Gene Wood of E.H.Wood and Associates, wdas of the rated insurance ratings by Victor Lorcof, Director factors o4spolints each.
