The changes appr oved Y were as follows: The purchasing agent (Agency Administrator) can enter into purchases or contracts of less than $10,000 without notifying the Community Development Commission or its Redevelopment Committee. _ For purchases or contracts d tocthe Redevelopment Committee transactions must b P prior to commitment. or Community Development Commission, p The above modified the existing policy which provided w without the prior knowledge designee, or approval could enter into purchases or contracts up to $25,0 of the Community Development Commission, so long as the goods and/or services to be purchased were a part of the affected fiscal year's budget.
