The Contractor was, therefore, requested to submit a price quote for replacing the existing service panel with a new 400 amp service panel. A price of $7 , 320 . 00 was submitted in response to this request. We have reviewed this price and determined that it is fair and reasonable for the work involved. All costs incurred for contract Change Order No. Two will be financed from the $89 , 948 allocated under Account No. 806-86 .
