RESOLUTION NO. 2014-360 1 2 3 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 4 OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO GEORGE CARSON LLC, FOR AN EXISTING FIRE 5 LANE EASEMENT, LOCATED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY NORTH OF CENTRAL AVENUE, EAST OF TIPPECANOE AVENUE. 6 7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 8 SECTION 1.
