2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO TO TRANSFER A $3,000 DONATION FROM LA SALLE
3 MEDICAL GROUP FROM ACCOUNT #772-2419 TO ACCOUNT #105-470-0064-
4 5123, AND INCREASE THE LIBRARY'S BUDGET BY THE SAME AMOUNT, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF BOOKS AT THE PAUL VILLASENOR BRANCH LIBRARY.

6 WHEREAS, La Salle Medical Group has generously donated $3,000 to the City of San
7 Bernardino for the purpose of supporting branch library operations at the Paul Villasenor
8 Branch Library; and,

10 WHEREAS, the Paul Villasenor Branch Library requires additional books to serve its
11 patrons.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
13 COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
14 SECTION 1. That the Director of Finance, or his/her designee, is authorized and
15 directed to perform a budget transfer of$3,000 from Account #772-2419, where the $3,000
16 donation from La Salle Medical Group was deposited, to Account #105-470-0064-5123, the
17 Branch Library — Library Books account to purchase books for the Paul Villasenor Branch
18 Library.

SECTION 2. That the Director of Finance, or his/her designee, is authorized and
20 directed to perform a budget amendment increasing the Library's Fiscal Year 2014-2015
21 Budget by$3,000 to reflect the donation.

5 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Mayor and
6 Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a joint regular meeting thereof, held on the
