Synopsis of Previous Council action:
Periodically, resolutions have been presented to the Mayor and Common Council for
authorization to impose liens on certain parcels of property on which costs have
accrued by the City's abatement of public nuisances.
Recommended motion:
That said resolution be adopted; and that the City Clerk be directed to
administratively remove any properties from Exhibit A which have been paid.
